These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the meibet platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using meibet, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

meibet is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By creating an account you confirm you are legally old enough to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. meibet reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one registered meibet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — sharing access credentials with third parties is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
All financial transactions on meibet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). meibet supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major local banks. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require documentation confirming the ownership of the payment method used.
All bonuses, free bets, promotions, and special offers issued by meibet are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and meibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the meibet website at https://meibet.club and all services, games, betting markets, and features made available through that website.
By accessing the meibet website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the meibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the meibet platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on meibet and to use any of its services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. meibet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.
3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual may register and maintain only one active meibet account. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. meibet reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend any duplicate accounts it identifies and to void any transactions associated with them.
3.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). meibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by meibet may result in account suspension.
3.5 Restricted Territories. Access to meibet may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the meibet platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. meibet makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
4.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. meibet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify meibet immediately at [email protected]. meibet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity Liability. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally, provided that meibet has followed its standard security procedures.
4.4 Account Suspension by meibet. meibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
5.1 Accepted Methods. meibet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). meibet does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by meibet by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your meibet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your balance.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Where a deposit is found to originate from a payment account not registered in the Player's name, meibet reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold the deposit pending investigation.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. meibet does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which meibet accepts no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified in accordance with meibet's KYC process. Unverified accounts may be unable to process withdrawal requests. meibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. meibet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of request confirmation, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal timelines to specific payment methods may vary. meibet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile financial service provider.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. meibet reserves the right to apply additional checks where withdrawal methods do not match deposit methods.
6.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. meibet reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, meibet may freeze the account and retain the relevant funds pending investigation or compliance with any applicable legal obligation.
7.1 Promotional Eligibility. Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by meibet are available to eligible registered Players only. meibet reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted to new Players, existing Players, or specific segments thereof.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will not be available for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been met.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. meibet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using betting patterns that are inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
7.4 Promotion Amendments. meibet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-term, any wagering already completed will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
7.5 Promotional Communications. meibet may send promotional communications to Players who have opted in to receive them. Players may opt out of marketing communications at any time via their account settings or by contacting [email protected].
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on meibet are subject to acceptance by the platform. meibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a price has been displayed in error or where the bet exceeds the platform's stated limits for the relevant market.
8.2 Odds and Markets. Pre-match and live in-play odds are set by meibet and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and will not change, regardless of subsequent market movements.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permissible period, or where the result cannot be determined. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
8.4 Cricket Markets. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, meibet offers match result, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, and live in-play markets. Specific market rules for cricket — including over/under calculations, rain-affected matches, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments — are published on the relevant market page and take precedence over general rules in the event of a conflict.
8.5 Errors and System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being displayed, meibet reserves the right to void affected bets. meibet will endeavour to inform affected Players within a reasonable timeframe and to handle such situations with fairness and transparency.
8.6 Maximum Winnings. meibet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event, which are published on the relevant betting market. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the nominal return calculated from the accepted odds.
9.1 Certified RNG. All casino games available on meibet — including slots, table games, and virtual games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the Player or by meibet.
9.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games on meibet are provided by internationally certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are operated by human dealers filmed in real time and streamed to the Player's device. Live casino game rules are governed by the rules of the relevant game type (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) and by the studio's own published rules, which take precedence over meibet's general casino rules in the event of a conflict.
9.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, meibet's system will record the last confirmed game state. Where a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the outcome generated by the game server. Bets will stand where the round was already underway.
9.4 Game Malfunction. meibet reserves the right to void any casino game round where a demonstrable technical malfunction has occurred and has materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, the Player's stake for the affected round will be returned. Malfunction voids play — any winnings generated from a malfunctioning game round are not payable.
9.5 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is made available by the relevant game provider. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Actual results will vary.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the meibet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
11.1 Player Protection Tools. meibet provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 30 days), and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their meibet account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. During the exclusion period, the Player will not receive any marketing communications from meibet. Funds remaining in the account at the point of self-exclusion are held securely and may be reclaimed at the end of the exclusion period.
11.3 Under-18 Protection. meibet strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from accessing the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their meibet account. meibet recommends the use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling services.

12.1 Platform Content. All content on the meibet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and the meibet brand identity — is the intellectual property of meibet or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the meibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without meibet's prior written consent.
12.3 Game Provider IP. Games available on the meibet platform are developed and owned by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with the respective providers. meibet acts solely as a distributor of these games under licence.
12.4 Unauthorised Use. Any unauthorised use of meibet's intellectual property — including scraping of content, mirroring of the platform, or use of the meibet brand name or logo in any external context without written permission — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
13.1 General Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meibet's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. meibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if meibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 Service Availability. meibet does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. meibet shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
13.4 Third-Party Services. meibet is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of third-party service providers including payment processors, game studios, and telecommunications providers, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses arising from interactions with such providers.
13.5 Force Majeure. meibet shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond meibet's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or failure of telecommunications networks.
14.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal data by meibet is governed by the meibet Privacy Policy, which is available at https://meibet.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
14.2 Data for KYC and Compliance. meibet collects and processes personal data as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. This data is handled securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of platform services (e.g., sharing transaction data with payment processors).
14.3 Security. meibet implements SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of the platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never held in plaintext. meibet monitors login activity for anomalous patterns and may flag or suspend accounts where suspicious access is detected.
14.4 Data Retention. meibet retains Player account data for as long as the account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Players may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to meibet's legal obligation to retain certain records.
15.1 Right to Amend. meibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, meibet will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, where practicable.
15.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the meibet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
15.3 Version Control. The current version of these Terms is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Earlier versions of the Terms may be requested from meibet's support team for reference purposes, though only the current version governs your use of the platform.
16.1 Contact Before Dispute. If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the meibet platform, you are encouraged to contact the meibet support team in the first instance at [email protected]. meibet commits to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. Most complaints can be resolved through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.
16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the matter may be escalated to meibet's internal disputes resolution team. You will be notified of the escalation process and the expected timeline for resolution. meibet's decision following the internal disputes process will be communicated to you in writing.
16.3 Language of Disputes. All disputes, complaints, and formal communications relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English.
16.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
16.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the meibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and meibet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
